The site looks different am I in the right place?
- Yes, you are in the right place. Our new site was built in 2017 and launched in August 2017, we’ve made some changes and hope you like our new look!
How do I find a Product?
- You can find a product online using our “search box” located at the top right and corner. Simply type in the name of the product, or a keyword.
What about tax exempt shopping?
- Please contact our office for more information about tax exempt - (888)743-7749.
- We will need a copy of your tax exempt form.
How can I Pay for my order?
- Online your payment options include: Card Payments; American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover
Can I cancel or change/edit my order?
- You can cancel an order up to 24 hours after it is purchased as long as you selected "standard shipping"
How do I create or update my account?
- In order to create/update your account, select the "my account" tab at the upper right hand corner. You have the option to sign in as a "registered user" or to "create an account".

Is shipping Free?
- Shipping is free, however there are handling fees on certain items. Handling fees are determined by the size and/or weight of a particular product.
What are my shipping options?
- Shipping options include UPS & USPS.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Delivery times vary by the delivery method and ship-to location.
What if I don't receive my order?

Can I return or exchange items?
- Items may be exchanged or returned under certain circumstances.
- a 15% re-stocking fee is applied after 30 days
Why should I create an account?
- This allows you to look at existing orders, see your wishlist, and makes the checkout process faster as you can save your informaiton to your account.
Are there any restrictions to where I can ship my order?
- Orders can only be shipped to US addresses
How do I Track my order?
- Login to your account and click on the tracking number that is provided per each order.
How do I cancel or change an order?
- You will need to contact our office immdeatiely or e-mail us as your order has more than likely shipped.
Do you offer price matching?
- Yes. If you call our office at 888-743-7749 or bring a flyer to our store from a competing company, we will match the price.
